You will be getting sound investment advice from me but not of a financial nature but one that is even more important, your health!  If we want to have a healthy lifestyle we have to invest in that lifestyle, because a bad investment strategy will lead to bad health  results.  We all want good health and enjoy the benefits of a healthy lifestyle but a lot of us don’t know or have never realized what it takes to accomplish this goal.  We have all heard the saying “you reap what you sow” and with your health its no exception.

Quite often the lifestyle choices we make don’t have an immediate impact on us so we think we just dodged the bullet.  Well the saying is true, “pay me now or pay me later” and the accumulation of those choices will have an affect resulting in health issues.  The list of these issues is long and can lead to serious lifestyle changes;  such as heart, cholesterol, blood pressure, kidney and liver failure, diabetes etc. Why do a lot of theses health issues happen? It’s usually because of bad health investment strategies.  Here are the basics to some  healthy investment strategies.  Watch what you eat, “garbage in, garbage out” profound yes, but to the point.  Move, get out there and starting moving that body of yours, 30-45 min. 3 to 5 times a week.  Actually watch how much you eat, portion control is a great help and try to go the more organic route.  Hydrate, drink the magical elixir called water, 64oz/day.  Chiropractic care to keep your spine aligned and joints moving.
